My name is Bernadette Mahoney, born and raised in the NYC and graduate from Sarah Lawrence College with a degree in Liberal Arts but focus is on sociology, art and media studies.  I also dabbled in African American, Caribbean literature, writing and language (I studied spanish).  I am working my way up to be in the entertainment business and my dream is to become a Post-Production editor for TV & Film, continue to develop my artwork as a artist and discover great people and awesome talent along the way.   I am a native New Yorker who loves her city no matter how crazy it can be at times.

I am also a illustrator, writer and designer.   In 2015 I developled a online store called The POP Factory made up of all original works inspired by the 80s and 90s and with a love of all things popular culture. The focus of the POP Factory is to incorporate nostalgia and the influence of pop art and digital art while at the same time recognizes & celebrate the legacies  the many influential moments and figures from stage & screen, politics, music & history.  The purpose of ThePOPFactory is to introduce a young people of these cultural icons through design, streetwear and multi-media.
